Dear Colleague,
I want you to know that you can contact me personally, anonymously if you wish.
Perhaps something doesn’t feel right, and you don’t want to use the official raising concerns procedure or don’t want to share with your manager. Contact Chris is a totally anonymous and entirely separate secure website that allows you to raise concerns or make suggestions about any issue relating to the Trust.
You do not need to give any information about yourself and can say as little or as much as you are able to. You can access this facility anywhere where there is internet access, including on your personal devices if you prefer not to use a Trust computer.
This process is in addition to other feedback channels - via your manager, our incident system and our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian. It is really important that you are able to raise any concerns so that we can address these and really live our values, especially our commitment to ‘always learning’.
Our Trust vision is to support our local communities by excelling in everything we do, together. We are a team and our internal community - our workforce, volunteers and governors - must also be supported.
I am really keen to hear from you - whether you have seen something outstanding that you would like to share, or you have a concern, particularly in relation to any patient safety or culture issues.
There are a few things I would ask you to consider when sending a message to Contact Chris:
Best Wishes
Chris Oliver
